So I went ahead and splurged -- bought myself a Fatman iTube Valve and I've gotta tell ya I am extremely pleased. I actually listened to one at a friend's house several months back and just couldn't get that quality out of my head because it really truly surprised me. I searched high and low for a great deal and finally found it at Ordio in Westfield Bondi Junction. I rang them first and asked every question I could think of and everything was answered to my satisfaction so I went ahead and bought it. Dispatch was fast. Everything was as it should be. I'm pretty darn happy and I'm playing it right now. Not sure if they dispatch outside of Australia but you won't be sorry if they do.

I am crazy happy about it...

Raymond

I Know you don't have anymore track record of the first Vanilla Fudge Fan Club 1968. FUDGE POWER ring a bell to anyone? I live in Montreal. Quebec. (Canada). The Vanilla Fudge perform at The Nations Place in Montreal Universal Exposition in summer 1968 and a was there. After one song Carmine ask the peoples in the first rows the come on the stage, sit, and make them feel a little more closer.
Big mistake. I don't know why or how this things happen but the stage was complitely surrounded by hundreds of "french fan's" who didn't understand a word about what Carmine have in mind that for sure!. After 90 minutes of misunderstanding the Fudge came back on stage and perform for a very special night!

I went to a concert to see jimi Hendrix and the Vanilla Fudge were the warm up band. they were a 10 and Hendrix was a 3. As the Fudge's set ended, the drummer didnt want to quit. He played on till someone told him to knock it off....He pushed his drum kit off the stage onto the floor. It was a kick butt show by the Vanilla Fudge.

Although I'm not from that era, your performance of You Keep Me Hanging On from the 1968 Ray Anthony Show is one of the best videos ever (I 1st saw a brief clip on a Time-Life infomercial). People who have commented on YouTube about seeing VF on this 1968 show remember it vividly and said it had quite an impact on them--they had never witnessed a TV broadcast like that before. If anyone has more info on this performance, please post it on this site or gmail me. Also, was the dancer in front of Bogert and Appice the legendary Lada Edmund Jr.? What a babe! Thanks!

I feel compelled to say thanks to one of the greatest guitarist I have ever had the pleasure to play with. The Fresh Fudge never made it out of the studio but the jams were awesome! If Vinny could remember the house in Ronkonkoma he might remember the first time we jammed and created a wall of sound. I played the Bass and Willy played the drums. I look forward to seeing you at Bald Hill this August 9th 2009! Thanks Vinny...Desi

I bought a copy of "Vanilla Fudge" last week on CD because the only other copy I have is vinyl. I just played it and have been blown away all over again. Especially "People Get Ready" and "Eleanor Rigby". WOW!!! Brings back memories of playing (or trying to) "You Keep Me Hanging On" when I was in a band in the 60's. Just can't get YOUR sound on a Vox Continental. Thanks for some great stuff!
